Vedanta, SBI among 14 stocks in focus this week for dividend, stock split, bonus issues

SBI announced a dividend of Rs 13.70/share. The record date has been set for May 24 for determining the eligible shareholders. Record date for Sula Vineyards’ dividend of Rs 4.50 per share has been fixed as May 22.

The week ending May 24 will witness several like the declaration, bonus , and for like , , , and .

Here is a list of corporate actions lined up for the rest of the week:

Dividend Declaration
A host of companies are expected to declare dividends this week.

-Ponni Sugars (Erode) will host its annual general meeting (AGM) on Wednesday and is expected to declare a of Rs 7 per share.

-Record date for ’ dividend of Rs 4.50 per share has been fixed as May 22.

-Record date for ’s dividend of Rs 30 per share has been fixed as May 23.

-Colgate Palmolive declared a special dividend of Rs 10 per share and an interim dividend of Rs 26 per share. The for the same would be May 23.

-Seshasayee Paper and Boards’ record date for determining the eligible shareholders for the dividend of Rs 5 per share is May 22.

-Oberoi Realty will be determining the eligible shareholder for the dividend of Rs 2 per share on the record date for the same would be May 23.

-The record date fixed by Trent to determine eligible shareholders for the dividend of Rs 3.20 per share has been fixed for May 22.

-The Great Eastern Shipping Company declared an interim dividend of Rs 10.80 per share and the record date for the purpose has been fixed as May 23.

-State of India announced a dividend of Rs 13.70 per share. The record date has been set for May 24 for determining the eligible shareholders.

-Tata Consumer declared a dividend of Rs 7.75 per share and the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders is fixed as May 24.

-Vedanta declared a dividend of Rs 11 per share for FY25 for which the record date has been fixed as May 25.

Stock Split
Som Distilleries will be splitting its share from Rs 5 to Rs 2, while Bharat Dynamics will also be splitting its shares from Rs 10 to Rs 7 on May 24.


Inox Wind will be issuing bonus shares in the ratio 1:3 to its shareholders on the record date fixed as May 24.
