Vodafone Idea
Vodafone Idea's board will meet on April 6 to consider and approve the proposal for issuance of equity shares or convertible securities on a preferential basis.


Aster DM Healthcare on Wednesday said it has completed the separation of its India and GCC businesses.

Union Bank

RBL Bank
RBL Bank reported 22% growth in its deposits for the quarter ended March, while advances jumped 19% year-on-year in the same period.
