Titan
Consumer discretionary major reported a high double-digit revenue growth for the quarter ended March 2024 on the back of solid show by jewellery and emerging businesses.


The company has reported standalone billings of Rs 827 crore during the quarter and the year ended March 2024.

Vodafone Idea
The Board of Vodafone Idea has approved issuance of up to 139 crore shares at an issue price at Rs 14.87 per share to Oriana Investments.

Tata Steel's India production rose 4% year-on-year to 5.38 mt and India deliveries were up 5% to 5.41 mt, the company said in a filing.
