Stock market update: Nifty Realty index falls 0.06% in an upbeat market

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(down 1.19 per cent) and Macrotech Developers Ltd.(down 0.68 per cent) were the top losers on the index.

The Nifty Realty index was down 0.06 per cent at 938.9 at the time of writing this report.

Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 152.71 points at 22110.2, while the BSE Sensex was up 528.63 points at 72932.8.

Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 41 were trading in the green, while 9 were in the red.

Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, NHPC, IDFC First Bank and PNB were among the most traded shares on the NSE.

Shares of Smartlink Holdings, Dolphin Offshore, Tara Chand Logistic, Vijaya Diagnostic and V-Guard hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while Crown Lifters, Stampede Cap, Lakshmi Precis, Mittal Life Style and BKM Industries hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
