Stock market update: Nifty Realty index advances 4.07% in an upbeat market

NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index traded positive around 10:45AM(IST)on Monday in an upbeat market.DLF Ltd.(up 6.92 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(up 5.31 per cent), Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.(up 4.11 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(up 3.84 per cent) and Oberoi Realty Ltd.(up 3.12 per cent) were among the top gainers.

Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 163.9 points at 22490.8, while the BSE Sensex was up 450.16 points at 74101.51.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 40 were trading in the green, while 10 were in the red.
Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, Tata Steel, NHPC and Indian Railway Fin were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Nupur Recyclers, Onelife Capital, Action Const., Nila Spaces L and DLF hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while FutureLifestyleFash, Compuage Infocom, Lakshmi Precis, Penta Gold and Latteys Industries hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
