Stock market update: Nifty Realty index advances 1.39% in an upbeat market

NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index traded positive around 11:25AM(IST)on Tuesday in an upbeat market.Phoenix Mills Ltd.(up 4.84 per cent), Macrotech Developers Ltd.(up 1.92 per cent), Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(up 1.48 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(up 1.26 per cent) and Godrej Properties Ltd.(up 0.71 per cent) were among the top gainers.

Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 92.3 points at 22735.7, while the BSE Sensex was up 278.22 points at 74949.5.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 33 were trading in the green, while 17 were in the red.
Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, SBFC Finance, HFCL and Bank of Maharashtra were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Jana Small Finance B, Likhitha Infra, Pudumjee Paper Prod, Schaeffler India and Ganges Securities hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while Future Supply Chain, Osia Hyper Retail, Sheela Foam, Popular Vehicles and Gloster hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
