Shree Cements declines 0.33% as Sensex climbs

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 40.98, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 5.07. Return on equity (ROE) was at 6.81 per cent, according to exchange data.

In the BSE500 pack, 100 stocks traded in the green, while 400 stocks were in the red.

The stock's beta value, which measures volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 1.16.

Promoters held 62.55 per cent in . as of 31-Dec-2023 while overseas and domestic institutional investors owned 12.3 per cent and 7.72 per cent, respectively.
