Sensex  falls! These  stocks fell 5% or more in Tuesday's session

In the Nifty pack, 10 stocks closed in the green, while 40 stocks ended in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 736.37 points down at 72012.05 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Billwin Industries L(down 13.19 per cent), Vijay Textiles(down 12.43 per cent), Decorous Investme(down 11.89 per cent), Clara Industries(down 11.63 per cent) and Chandra Bhagat Pharm(down 10.19 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.

In the Nifty pack, 10 stocks closed in the green, while 40 stocks ended in the red.

The index closed 238.25 points down at 21817.45.

On the BSE, James Warren Tea, Shiva Global, Thinkink Picturez, Shree Precoated and Anka India hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Nagreeka Export, National Highways In, Gujarat Terce, Soma Papers & Industries Ltd. and Dhruva Capital touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
