PepsiCo to buy tortilla-chip maker Siete Foods for $1.2 billion

(Reuters) -PepsiCo said on Tuesday it would acquire tortilla-chip maker Siete Foods for $1.2 billion, as the Frito-Lay owner looks to expand its snacking portfolio.

The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2025.
