Hot Stocks: Brokerage view on Siemens, Bharti Airtel, Apollo Tyres and Shree Cement

Macquarie on Shree Cement: Neutral| Target Rs 27,034
Macquarie maintained a neutral rating on Shree Cements with a target price of Rs 27,034 post Q4 results.

The company reported a cost-led EBITDA beat in Q4. It delivered an 8% YoY volume growth which was better than estimates. The realization declined by 3% on a QoQ basis which was lower than peers.

JPMorgan on Apollo Tyres: Neutral| Target Rs 535
JPMorgan maintained a neutral rating on Apollo Tyres with a target price of Rs 535. The EU business drove the miss due to weaker-than-expected growth and margins.

MRF and CEAT reported single-digit and revenue growth, against flattish growth for Apollo. Going forward, the revenue growth needs to improve.

UBS on Bharti Airtel: Neutral| Target Rs 1310
UBS maintained a neutral rating on Bharti Airtel with a target price of Rs 1310. The net adds surprise positively although ARPU growth remained muted.

The Q4 miss was owing to weak Africa business. On the other hand, the India business was in line with estimates.

Jeffeies on Siemens: Buy| Target Rs 8000
Jefferies maintained a buy rating on Siemens post Q4 results and raised the target price to Rs 8000 from Rs 5575 earlier.

The company reported a Rs10 bn+ capex which reflects management confidence in growth. A clean demerger of power division might result in potential value creation.
