Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Real Estate , Healthcare and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.23% to hit a new 6-months low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV ), which rose 6.66% or 94.00 points to trade at 1,504.50 at the close. Meanwhile, ISS A/S (CSE:ISS ) added 1.99% or 2.60 points to end at 133.40 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS ) was up 1.59% or 2.20 points to 140.70 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb ), which fell 5.16% or 530.00 points to trade at 9,740.00 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa ) declined 5.02% or 500.00 points to end at 9,470.00 and Oersted AS (CSE:ORSTED ) was down 2.49% or 10.70 points to 418.30.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 64 to 60 and 24 ended unchanged.
Shares in DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV ) rose to 52-week highs; rising 6.66% or 94.00 to 1,504.50.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.79% or 0.58 to $74.29 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.64% or 0.50 to hit $78.12 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.04% or 1.00 to trade at $2,678.20 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.63% to 6.80, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.05% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.63% at 102.39.
