Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Consumer Goods , Technology and Industrials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.00%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb ), which rose 3.17% or 320.00 points to trade at 10,425.00 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa ) added 2.50% or 245.00 points to end at 10,040.00 and Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb ) was up 1.63% or 50.00 points to 3,114.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS ), which fell 2.91% or 4.00 points to trade at 132.00 at the close. GN Store Nord (CSE:GN ) declined 2.04% or 2.90 points to end at 137.20 and Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:JYSK ) was down 1.32% or 7.00 points to 525.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 69 to 57 and 26 ended unchanged.
Shares in Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS ) fell to 3-years lows; losing 2.91% or 4.00 to 132.00.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 2.41% or 1.82 to $73.74 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 2.29% or 1.81 to hit $77.23 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.45% or 12.05 to trade at $2,664.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.22% to 6.84, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.28% at 102.96.
