After-hours movers: Intuitive Machines, Casella Waste Systems, Galmed Pharma, Edgewise Therapeutics

After-Hours Stock Movers:

Casella Waste Systems (NASDAQ:CWST ) fell 3% after it commenced a proposed underwritten public offering of $400 million of its Class A common stock.

Galmed Pharma (GLMD) fell 10% after ending the day higher by nearly 300%.

BlackRock (NYSE:BLK ) shares were flat after the Financial Times reported that it and Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT ) plan a $30 billion fund to invest in AI infrastructure.

Edgewise Therapeutics (EWTX) rose 8% after it announced that members of the management team will hold a live webcast to discuss top-line data of EDG-7500 from the Phase 1 trial in healthy subjects and the single-dose arm of the Phase 2 CIRRUS-HCM trial in patients with obstructive HCM on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 8:30 am ET.

Intuitive Machines (LUNR) rose 34% after it announced NASA has awarded the Company a Near Space Network (“NSN”) contract for communication and navigation services for missions in the near space region, which extends from Earth’s surface to beyond the Moon.
