After-hours movers: Costco, Scholastic Corp, Travere Therapeutics

After-Hours Stock Movers:

Costco (NASDAQ:COST ) fell 1% despite beating quarterly estimates on the top and bottom line. 16 week total adjusted comps grew 6.9%, excluding the impacts from changes in gasoline prices and foreign exchange.

Scholastic Corp (NASDAQ:SCHL ) rose 9% after revenue topped estimates. In the seasonally quiet quarter for school-based channels, first quarter's operating loss improved modestly versus the prior year.

Travere Therapeutics (TVTX) fell 4% after it announced a voluntary pause of enrollment in the Phase 3 HARMONY Study evaluating pegtibatinase for the treatment of classical homocystinuria (HCU). The voluntary enrollment pause enables the Company to work to address necessary process improvements in manufacturing scale-up to support commercial scale manufacturing as well as full enrollment in the HARMONY Study.

MeridianLink(MLNK) fell 4% after it launched an underwritten secondary public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock by certain funds managed by Thoma Bravo.
