Vijay Kedia raises stake in smallcap Global Vectra Helicorp, trims holding in 2 multibaggers in Q4

The smallcap stock has been in top form over the last 12 months, delivering multibagger returns of over 200% beating a 26% rise seen in Nifty during this time. In 2024 so far, Global Vectra’s returns stand at an impressive 28%.

The celebrity investor has bought a 1.46% each in his name and in the name of Kedia Securities.

In Elecon Engineering Co, Kedia reduced his stake by 13 bps in the January-March quarter to 1.34% versus 1.47% in the December quarter. This is another multibagger counter with 123% returns in the reported quarter. On a year-to-date basis, his returns are just over 5%.

Kedia also booked part profit in Patel Engineering, cutting his holding by 13 bps in the scrip. At the end of the March quarter, his stake stood at Rs 1.55% versus 1.68% in the three months ended December 31, 2023.

Patel Engineering returns over a 1-year period are a staggering 278%. The part paring of shares comes on the back of a 10% correction in the counter on the YTD basis.

Changes are reflected in the ‘Shareholding Pattern’ of BSE-listed companies on reaching 1% stake or above.

As per the latest corporate shareholdings compiled by Trendlyne, Kedia publicly holds 15 stocks with a net worth of over Rs 1,281.7 crore. Among other stocks held by him in his portfolio are , , Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, Neuland Laboratories, , and .
