Investing.com -- Here are some of the biggest U.S. movers ahead of the opening bell: Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA ) shares were down around 1.6% after CEO Elon Musk’s record-setting pay package was struck down once again by a Delaware judge. News that deliveries from Tesla's Shanghai factory fell for a second month in November also weighed. AT&T (NYSE:T ) shares rose 2.8% after saying it expected sustained profit growth over the next three years, including double-digit gains in 2027. CleanSpark Inc (NASDAQ:CLSK ) shares dropped 9% after the bitcoin miner applied to delay its 10-K annual filing. Coherus BioSciences (NASDAQ:CHRS ) surged 47% after announcing plans to divest its Udencya franchise to Intas Pharmaceuticals in a deal worth up to $558.4 million. Credo Technology (NASDAQ:CRDO ) stock was up 33% after the communications equipment company's second-quarter earnings came in above expectations. Janux Therapeutics (NASDAQ:JANX ) soared 65% after the biotechnology firm unveiled updated interim clinical data for its oncology lead asset, JANX007. TransMedics Group (NASDAQ:TMDX ) stock fell 8% after narrowing its full-year revenue forecast, alongside the appointment of a new finance chief. Zscaler (NASDAQ:ZS ) shares dropped 6.4% after the security software company gave a forecast for adjusted second-quarter earnings that fell short of expectations.
