Shares of Godrej Consumer, Lupin, Indian Bank, and Marico will be in focus today as the companies will announce their quarterly results.

DMart
Avenue Supermarts, which runs retail chain DMart, said its fourth quarter consolidated profit has jumped 22% to Rs 563 crore.

IDBI Bank
IDBI Bank's net profit rose 44% year-on-year to Rs 1,628 crore for the quarter ended March 2024. Its net interest income (NII) increased 12% to Rs 3,688 crore.

Kotak Bank
Kotak Mahindra Bank reported 18% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its March quarter profit at Rs 4,133 crore.

Britannia
Britannia reported a net profit of Rs 538 crore for the quarter ended March 2024, which was down by 4% year-on-year.

Titan
Consumer discretionary major Titan Co on Friday reported 7% year-on-year growth in its standalone net profit at Rs 786 crore, which is mostly in-line with the estimates.

M&M Financial
M&M Financial posted a net profit of Rs 619 crore in the fourth quarter. Its net interest income stood at Rs 1,918 crore.

Paytm
Bhavesh Gupta, President and Chief Operating Officer of Paytm resigned from his position with effect from May 2024.

J&K Bank
J&K Bank posted net profit of Rs 639 crore in the March quarter. Net interest income for the same period stood at Rs 1,306 crore.

Zydus
Zydus' US arm Sentynl Therapeutics acquired worldwide proprietary rights to Zokinvy at a net base price of $45 million from US-based Eiger.

LIC
Insurance regulator Irdai allowed Life Insurance Corp to refresh FY23 excess expenses starting June quarter from the shareholder account.
