Vodafone Idea's board will meet on April 6 to consider and approve the proposal for issuance of equity shares or convertible securities on a preferential basis.


Aster DM Healthcare on Wednesday said it has completed the separation of its India and GCC businesses.

Union Bank

RBL Bank
RBL Bank reported 22% growth in its deposits for the quarter ended March, while advances jumped 19% year-on-year in the same period.

Avenue Supermarts, which runs and operates DMart, posted a standalone revenue of Rs 12,393 crore in the fourth quarter, compared with Rs 10,337 a year ago.
