The stock opened at Rs 27860.0 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs 27927.2 and Rs 27350.0 during the session so far. The counter quoted a price-to-earnings (PE) ratio of 41.61, earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 663.98 and price to book value (PB) of 4.48, while the return on equity (ROE) stood at Rs 11.57.

The promoters held 62.55 per cent stake in the company as of July 10, while FII and MF ownerships stood at 12.46 per cent and 7.55 per cent, respectively.

For the quarter ended 31-Mar-2024, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 5582.44 crore, up 3.94 per cent from the previous quarter?s Rs 5370.65 crore and up 6.42 per cent from the same quarter a year ago. The company reported net profit of Rs 674.88 crore for the latest quarter, up 28.36 per cent from the corresponding quarter last year.
