NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 288.4 points down at 73830.99 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.On the BSE, JTL Infra(down 17.71 per cent), AVI Products India (down 14.52 per cent), BCL Industries(down 12.81 per cent), Sigachi Industries(down 12.15 per cent) and Nakoda Group Of Ind(down 11.62 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

The Nifty index was trading 80.1 points down at 22413.45.
On the BSE, Skipper Ltd(PP), Vibhor Steel Tubes, Exicom Tele-Systems, Add-Shop E-Retail and Finkurve Fin Svc hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Kirloskar Bros., Chemfab Alkalis, India Gelatine, Torrent Power and Advani Hotels touched their fresh 52-week highs.
