Rishad Naoroji sells stake in Godrej Agrovet and Properties

RKN Enterprises, owned by Rishad Naoroji, divested significant stakes in Godrej Properties and Godrej Agrovet, totaling ₹1,654 crore, with notable purchases by Freyan Crishna Bieri and other prominent individuals.

Rishad Naoroji-owned has sold a 1.43% stake in and a 2.16% stake in through open market transactions on Thursday. According to block deals data, RKN Enterprises sold 39.86 lakh shares of for ₹1,321 crore and 41.46 lakh shares of Agrovet for ₹333 crore. Freyan Crishna Bieri, Jamshyd Naoroji Godrej, Navroze Jamshyd Godrej, , and Crishna were the buyers in both companies.
