Benchmark Nifty50 was down 69.96 points at 24254.5, while the BSE traded 286.56 points lower at 79638.21 at the time of writing of this report.

For the quarter ended 31-Mar-2024, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 9100.5 crore, down 1.47 per cent from the previous quarter's Rs 9236.1 crore and down 3.92 per cent from the year-ago quarter. The company reported net profit of Rs 1099.9 crore for the latest quarter.
Promoter Holdings
Promoters held 68.6 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2024, while FIIs held 7.86 per cent and MFs 6.22 per cent.
Technicals
On the technical charts, the 200-Day Moving Average (DMA) of the stock stood at Rs 5289.27 on July 11, while the 50-DMA was at Rs 4960.65. If a stock trades above 50-DMA and 200-DMA, it usually means the immediate trend is upward.
