Israel stocks lower at close of trade; TA 35 down 0.41%

Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Banking , Real Estate and Financials sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 declined 0.41%.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:TEVA ), which rose 3.08% or 188.00 points to trade at 6,288.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT ) added 2.64% or 710.00 points to end at 27,580.00 and Harel (TASE:HARL ) was up 2.20% or 101.00 points to 4,699.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN ), which fell 3.46% or 51.00 points to trade at 1,422.00 at the close. NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE ) declined 2.93% or 2,000.00 points to end at 66,270.00 and Nova (TASE:NVMI ) was down 2.91% or 2,100.00 points to 69,990.00.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 274 to 197 and 67 ended unchanged.

Shares in Harel (TASE:HARL ) rose to all time highs; gaining 2.20% or 101.00 to 4,699.00.

Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.75% or 0.51 to $68.88 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.53% or 0.38 to hit $72.52 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.96% or 25.79 to trade at $2,711.59 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was up 0.76% to 3.59, while EUR/ILS rose 0.30% to 3.77.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.42% at 106.27.
