Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Biomed , Real Estate and Banking sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 declined 0.22% to hit a new 1-month low.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT ), which rose 2.99% or 830.00 points to trade at 28,550.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Nova (TASE:NVMI ) added 2.82% or 2,060.00 points to end at 75,030.00 and Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (TASE:ENLT ) was up 1.85% or 108.00 points to 5,938.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Shapir Engineering Industry (TASE:SPEN ), which fell 3.27% or 63.00 points to trade at 1,863.00 at the close. Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN ) declined 2.68% or 21.70 points to end at 788.80 and Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:ASHG ) was down 2.36% or 111.00 points to 4,589.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 256 to 187 and 96 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 1.00% or 0.70 to $70.58 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.94% or 0.69 to hit $74.34 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.29% or 7.65 to trade at $2,606.25 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.11% to 3.78, while EUR/ILS unchanged 0.06% to 4.20.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.34% at 100.62.
