Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Healthcare , Personal & Household Goods and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 1.13%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS ), which rose 3.18% or 3.20 points to trade at 103.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Oersted AS (CSE:ORSTED ) added 3.06% or 11.60 points to end at 390.10 and Genmab (CSE:GMAB ) was up 2.09% or 30.50 points to 1,488.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb ), which fell 9.96% or 290.00 points to trade at 2,622.00 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb ) declined 2.03% or 15.40 points to end at 743.40 and Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA ) was down 0.85% or 9.50 points to 1,107.50.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 65 to 64 and 21 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.04% or 0.03 to $68.74 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.14% or 0.10 to hit $72.22 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.70% or 18.59 to trade at $2,664.89 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.72% to 7.06, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.89% at 106.02.
