Biden says he supports new election in Venezuela

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Joe Biden said on Thursday he backed a new election in Venezuela.

Biden was speaking to reporters in the wake of Brazil urging a new vote two weeks after leader Nicolas Maduro claimed re-election victory in a contest cast in doubt by Western nations.
