BPCL

HPCL
on Thursday announced a bonus share issue of 1:2 and a final dividend of Rs 16.50.


Mahanagar Gas posted a net profit of Rs 265 crore for the fourth quarter. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,567 crore.


The Board of Solara Active Pharma approved raising up to Rs 450 crore through a rights issue. The price is fixed at Rs 375 per share.


Abbott India posted a net profit of Rs 287 crore in the March quarter. Revenue from operations came in at Rs 1,439 crore.

Manappuram Finance
The Board of Manappuram Finance approved the re-appointment of Madhu Mohan as chief risk officer of the company.


Brigade Enterprises said it is going to develop a residential project in Bengaluru at a gross development value of Rs 660 crore.
