Vedanta
Billionaire Anil Agarwal's Vedanta said it will appeal against Sebi levying Rs 77.6 crore penalty for delay in paying dividends to its erstwhile shareholder Cairn Energy.

Tata Motors
Tata Motors has signed a deal to build a Rs 9000 crore manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu. The investment would be spread over five years and could create up to 5,000 jobs.


Indian Hume Pipe JV with AMR India & Shoda Constructions received a work order worth Rs 1,137.77 crore from Telangana government.


Cholamandalam Investment has bought a land parcel of Rs 4.67 acres, which is worth about Rs 735 crore from DLF IT offices in Chennai.


The Federal Bank has stopped issuance of new co-branded credit cards. The Bank is in the process of rectifying the areas that are deficient and will seek regulatory clearance prior to resumption of new issuance.

Droneacharya Aerial
Droneacharya Aerial has been awarded a service order from Adani to provide DGCA certified drone pilot training.

Gopal Snacks
The shares of Gopal Snacks will debut on the exchanges on Thursday. The stock is expected to see a flat or even a discount listing given the current market conditions and weak GMP.

PC Jewellers
has accepted a one time settlement proposal submitted by the company for outstanding dues. The terms include cash and equity component, release of securities and mortgaged properties.
