The promoters held 25.43 per cent stake in the company as of March 19, while FII and MF ownerships stood at 53.97 per cent and 10.97 per cent, respectively.

For the quarter ended 31-Dec-2023, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 9305.75 crore, up 4.64 per cent from the previous quarter?s Rs 8892.99 crore and up 19.16 per cent from the same quarter a year ago. The company reported net profit of Rs 1866.24 crore for the latest quarter, up 3.74 per cent from the corresponding quarter last year.
