Promoters held 43.92 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Dec-2023, while FIIs held 15.02 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 2.7 per cent.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 949.16 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2023, up 3.98 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 912.83 crore and up 13.42 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 836.88 crore. Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 206.43 crore, up 6.04 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.

Technicals
