Share price of ACC rises as Nifty weakens

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 14.3 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 10:20AM shares and turnover at Rs 6.61 crore around that time. The stock of quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 2836.0 and 52-week low prices of Rs 1763.25, respectively.

The stock's Beta value, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 1.31.

Promotor/FII Holding
Promoters held 50.05 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2024, while foreign investors held 6.18 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 14.5 per cent.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 5528.45 crore for the quarter ended 31-Mar-2024, up 10.56 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 5000.51 crore and up 12.59 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 4910.06 crore. Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 944.79 crore, up 300.96 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.

Technicals
