(Reuters) - Ratings agency Fitch on Thursday upgraded Ukraine's long-term local-currency rating to 'CCC+' from 'CCC-', after the war-torn country completed the Eurobond debt exchange.
The agency also affirmed Ukraine's long-term foreign-currency rating at 'restricted default'.
