Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Healthcare , Technology and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 2.47% to hit a new 52-week low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Oersted AS (CSE:ORSTED ), which rose 3.63% or 10.90 points to trade at 311.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT ) added 2.40% or 6.80 points to end at 290.00 and Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb ) was up 2.08% or 52.00 points to 2,554.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb ), which fell 4.34% or 26.10 points to trade at 575.60 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa ) declined 2.42% or 250.00 points to end at 10,080.00 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb ) was down 2.03% or 215.00 points to 10,360.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 74 to 58 and 19 ended unchanged.
Shares in Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb ) fell to 52-week lows; losing 4.34% or 26.10 to 575.60.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.75% or 0.58 to $77.27 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.63% or 0.51 to hit $80.78 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.07% or 1.89 to trade at $2,752.79 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was unchanged 0.04% to 7.24, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.05% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.15% at 108.97.
