Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Healthcare , Real Estate and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 1.24% to hit a new 6-months low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb ), which rose 5.73% or 615.00 points to trade at 11,340.00 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa ) added 5.43% or 560.00 points to end at 10,870.00 and Genmab (CSE:GMAB ) was up 4.33% or 66.00 points to 1,589.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE:ZELA ), which fell 5.08% or 43.50 points to trade at 813.50 at the close. NKT Holding (CSE:NKT ) declined 3.38% or 21.50 points to end at 615.00 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb ) was down 2.60% or 19.50 points to 730.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 71 to 63 and 19 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.10% or 0.07 to $71.62 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.04% or 0.03 to hit $74.89 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.96% or 25.80 to trade at $2,702.10 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.58% to 6.91, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.62% at 104.33.
